Who are we?
We are Si Señor: the best international student community in Mexico for more than 10 years! More than 1000 students from the 5 continents of the world have passed through our houses helping them to meet their new best friends, and to explore this beautiful country called Mexico
Our goal?
To create a unique community that you are part of! From the moment you arrive, we have organised many activities, events and trips with the only aim of helping you and your roomies to get along and become friends.

CASA TALAVERA

Located in the heart of Puebla, Centro Histórico, this house is perfect if you are looking for a comfortable, Mexican-style city life, in the company of international roomies!

Casa Talavera has shared areas such as a terrace, swimming pool, living room and dining room. Being totally part of the Historic Centre, its proximity to many shops makes it very comfortable and practical.

CASA MANSIÓN

Casa Mansión is located close to 2 large shopping malls in a family friendly area. It has the perfect spaces to live in a comfortable and relaxed way, having several shared areas such as swimming pool, garden and terrace, TV room, kitchen and dining room!

CASA MAYA

Casa Maya is only a 5 minute walk from UPAEP! This is the perfect house to create the best memories of your experience: located next to Juárez Avenue, you will have shops, clubs and restaurants very close to your future home! 7 bedrooms, 5 with private bathroom and 2 with shared bathroom.

CASA CHULA

Casa Chula: the emblematic house of Sí Señor...

This house is the biggest of all our houses, with a unique style, and the best comfort you can find! Just 5mn walking distance from UDLAP, shops, restaurants and bars, make Casa Chula your future home!

CASA FORTALEZA

Or should we call it Casa Rosa? It is located in front of Casa Chula, 5mn walking distance from UDLAP, shops, restaurants and bars. If you are looking for the best atmosphere: it will be the perfect house for you! Get into the Mexican culture thanks to its unique style and the artistic side that Casa Fortaleza offers

FAQs

Once you have chosen one of our houses, contact us via WhatsApp to arrange your video call so we can explain the exact process of booking your house and room.

The monthly payment of the rent of your room includes:

  • Cleaning of shared areas
  • High speed wireless internet
  • Electricity
  • Gas

We have one-year or half-year contracts: from January to June (spring) or July to December (autumn).

If you come for only 5 months, ask us about our promotions: we are here to support you!

Our houses are designed to host 10 to 15 students between 18 and 27 years old. We want to make sure that your roommates are your age and that the group is big enough to be a good team.

Although we organize some parties in the houses, we know that many parties in your house can be heavy, so we have designed a calendar of parties to enjoy the best clubs and bars in Puebla and Cholula.
If you arrive at Puebla airport, yes, but if you arrive at Mexico City airport, we will explain you how to take a bus to Puebla and we will pick you up at the terminal. Remember that our pick-up service is 24/7 and is part of the Mexican Experience Pack. So, get on the plane and relax, we'll be waiting for you!
